The audio tracks are what sold me — I put one on and was out before the first one ended. The complex blends are easy to take nightly, and I've actually stopped waking up at 3am for the first time in months.

The sleep set showed up right when I needed it most, and the audio tracks are a lovely addition—but the real star for me is the Wirkstoff-Komplex, which I've been taking about 30 minutes before bed. I've fallen asleep faster this week than I have in months, no joke.

The audio tracks are surprisingly effective—I put the first one on and didn't even hear the second one start. The Wirkstoff-Komplexe are easy to take before bed, and I've been sleeping through the night for the first time in weeks.
