The daily gut diary has honestly been a game changer for me—it's simple enough that I actually stick with it, and the weekly checklists keep me on track without feeling like homework. The 30+ recipes are a great bonus, but it's the structured journaling that made the course click for me.
The recipes alone are worth it—over 30 of them, and I've already flagged half a dozen to cook this week. The checklist structure keeps me on track with the video course without feeling like homework, and the gut diary is detailed enough to actually spot patterns.
The daily gut diary templates are exactly what I needed to stay consistent during the course — logging symptoms and meals finally feels manageable instead of a chore. The checklist structure keeps me on track without overwhelming me, and the recipes give me fresh ideas for the week.
