The alcohol-based version hits the back of the throat with a proper herbal punch, which I actually look forward to before meals now. It’s been three weeks and the evening drop routine feels like a small ritual that settles my stomach and my head.

The bitter drop is intense but I can really feel it helps settle my stomach after heavy meals. I switched to the alcohol-based version for the stronger kick and a few drops in water is plenty.
