My nails have been peeling for years, and since starting this vegetarian collagen from eggshell membrane, they’re finally growing out without splitting. I love that it also packs in hyaluronic acid for my joints, and the powder mixes into my morning tea without any weird aftertaste.
I was skeptical about vegetarian collagen, but the eggshell membrane (Ovomet®) is a clever source. My joints feel less creaky after a month, and the hyaluronic acid in the mix seems to be doing my skin good. No weird taste or smell to complain about.
Three weeks in and my cuticles are noticeably stronger, plus the powder dissolves cleanly in my morning tea instead of clumping up like other supplements I've tried. The eggshell membrane source was a selling point for me, and so far my knees have stopped complaining during my daily stair climbs.
