John ★★★★★

The dropper makes it so easy to get the exact dose, and I like that the D3 comes from lichen—finally a truly plant-based option that fits my diet. My energy feels steadier since I switched, and the K2 in that MK-7 form gives me confidence it's actually doing something for my bones.

Took these for two weeks and the dropper gives just the right amount. The K2 in MK-7 form matters to me for absorption, and the lichen-based D3 doesn't upset my stomach like some synthetic ones did. Nice that I don't need a pill with every meal.

The dropper makes it effortless to get the exact dose, and I love that the D3 comes from lichen since I’m strict about plant-based supplements. Paired with the MK-7, it’s been a solid addition to my morning routine.
