The eggshell membrane source caught my eye since I can't do marine collagen, and my skin feels noticeably less dry around my jawline now. It's been about a month and the hyaluron in the mix seems to plump things up a bit, plus my knees don't creak as much on stairs.
Three weeks in and my nails are finally growing without peeling, which never happened with any other supplement I've tried. The fact that it's vegetarian from eggshell membrane made it easy on my stomach too, and the capsules are small enough to swallow without a struggle.
I was skeptical about a vegetarian collagen, but the eggshell membrane source convinced me to try it—my nails have definitely gotten stronger after a month. The hyaluronic acid in the mix is a nice bonus for my joints too.
