After struggling with bloating for months, these capsules are the first thing that’s actually made a difference—the 10 billion count feels like the right kick. I like that the freeze-protection matrix keeps them potent; no fridge hassle at all.

I’ve been taking these with breakfast for three weeks and the 10 billion count in that freeze-protection matrix really seems to keep things steady—no more afternoon bloat or sluggish digestion. The capsules are small enough to swallow easily, which is a huge plus for me.

Noticed a real difference in bloating after about two weeks, and I like that the 10 billion bacteria come in that freeze-protection matrix so they actually survive the journey. The 7-strain blend feels like a solid, science-backed choice for daily gut support.
