Das Postmenopause Set ist die ideale Unterstützung für den natürlichen Östrogenabfall im Verlauf der Wechseljahre. Geeignet für die Menopause und Postmenopause (ab ca. 1-2 Jahre vor der letzten Periode).
I wasn't expecting much, but after two months of taking these daily my sleep is finally uninterrupted and the mood swings have calmed way down. The fact that the set is tailored specifically for the post-menopause phase made me feel like I was actually addressing the right hormonal shift.
Three weeks in and the hot flashes that were wrecking my sleep have noticeably backed off, which is more than I can say for anything else I've tried. Having the whole set together for the natural estrogen drop makes it easy to stay consistent, and that's half the battle at this stage.
I wasn’t expecting much, but after a few weeks of using this set I actually notice my mood swings aren’t as intense and I sleep through the night more often. The capsules are easy to swallow, which is a big plus for me since I usually struggle with pills.
