The synbiotic capsules are easy to swallow and I like that the set covers both daily support and the bitter drops for when my stomach feels off. Three weeks in, my bloating after meals has noticeably calmed down.
The bitter drops taste surprisingly pleasant despite the herbs, and I've noticed my stomach feels calmer within a week. Combining them with the synbiotic every evening has become a ritual I actually look forward to.
Took the synbiotic every morning with breakfast and the bitter drops before lunch — my bloating is noticeably less by evening, which hasn't happened in months. The dropper on the bitter tincture is precise, so no mess even when I'm half-asleep.
