Lass Locker Kapsler

I’ve been taking two capsules with breakfast for about three weeks now, and the malate plus glycinate combo seems to smooth out my afternoon slump without any jitters. My legs also feel less heavy after gym days, which is a win for the bone and muscle support angle.

I was a bit worried about magnesium capsules bothering my stomach, but this five-in-one complex with lactate and glycinate goes down smooth every morning. My legs feel less heavy after my evening runs, and I've noticed I'm not waking up as stiff.

The five-in-one complex with glycinate and malate is exactly what I needed—my legs don't feel heavy after workouts anymore, and I've noticed better sleep too. Capsules are easy to swallow and don't leave that weird aftertaste.
