The triple complex makes this easy to remember as one scoop covers my magnesium for the day, and my legs feel less heavy after evening workouts. Mixes clean in water without any chalky residue.
Finally a magnesium powder that doesn't upset my stomach—the taurate and malate combo seems to do the trick. I've been taking it after dinner and actually notice my legs feel less restless at night, and it dissolves clear in water without that chalky texture.
I've tried plenty of magnesium powders that leave a chalky film, but this organic triple complex (taurate, malate, citrate) actually feels gentle on my stomach. Been taking it post-workout for two weeks and my leg cramps at night have noticeably eased up.
